Being a celebrity barber is fun and all but I wanted to make something for everyday barbers.
Our founder Jose, came to the US at the age of 9 with dreams and ambitions of living out the american dream. His grandfather, a skilled craftsman, was a leather shoemaker. For as long as Jose can remember, his grandfather instilled the importance of having an attention to detail that would put your personal touch on each product created. It is his grandfather’s devotion to his craft that planted the seed for Jose to start a business that will allow him to create tools for barbers to master their trade.
Jose, a skilled barber, created The Tonsorialist in order to bring other barbers tools that are created with an eye for detail and purposeful functionality. It is our wish that our products will help serve you better on your journey as a tonsorialist.
